Element's Principals have acquired more than $2 Billion of Multi-family Property across the United States

William G. Roos II - Co-Founder and Principal

Will is responsible for the strategic direction of the firm including: New Market Expansion, Investment Strategy, Deal Sourcing and Joint Venture/Equity Partnerships. Will has acquired over $1 Billion of Multi-family assets in markets across the U.S., overseen capital budgets in excess of $100 Million and been involved in an array of roles throughout the investment process. Will's experience has included extensive Value-added asset strategies as well as Core and Core-plus investments. Will has led Element's expansion of its Work-Force/Value-add strategy including the acquisition of 7,000+ Units across the Western U.S. since 2017.

Prior to founding Element, Will was responsible for acquisitions at Prometheus Real Estate Group and Pacific Property Company, two of the West Coast's largest and most active apartment investors.

Will holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Southern California.

 

Michael Silberman - Co-Founder and Principal

Michael is responsible for day to day operations of the firm including: Deal Sourcing, Asset Management, Due Diligence and Debt Financing. Michael currently oversees Element's more than 4,500 units across several states in various stages of renovation.

Prior to joining Element, Michael spent more than 13 years in the Multi-family industry overseeing Acquisitions and Asset Management, recently overseeing a national team which grew and managed a portfolio valued in excess of $1 Billion.

Michael holds a BA in Economics from Colby College. He resides in Westchester County, NY with his wife and young child and heads up Element’s East Coast expansion.

 

Sonja Harrigan - Consultant

Sonja heads Investor Relations and Capital Raising for Element Property Co., leading the relationships with both current and prospective investors.  Element works with a range of JV equity partners including large institutional groups and wealth managers to family offices and HNW individuals.

Sonja has developed her career in real estate over the past 23 years, in the U.S and abroad, covering a wide range of responsibilities including; capital raising, investor relations, dispositions, acquisitions, asset management, business development, marketing, ground-up development, project management, debt workouts and property management.  Prior to working with Element, Sonja worked in a capital raising role for a variety of groups managing one off transactions to institutional family office PERE funds to institutional PERE engagements with Colony Capital and others.

Sonja holds a Bachelors in Business Administration in finance and real estate from The University of San Diego with a Spanish minor.  She relocated to Sun Valley, Idaho with her family in 2021, from California.

 

Nick Pulvino - Analyst

Nick’s responsibilities at Element include managing the day-to-day operations and analysis of the existing portfolio, due diligence and debt financing, acquisitions underwriting, and investor relations.

Prior to joining Element Property Company, Nick worked at Yieldify, a marketing technology startup based in London. During his tenure, he led the US Client Services team and worked directly with the founder and CEO to expand their predominantly European business into the US. Nick began his career with Pricewaterhouse Coopers (“PwC”) in their fixed asset valuation group, focusing primarily on real estate and personal property.

Nick graduated from Bucknell University with a dual degree in Mechanical Engineering and Business Management and a minor in Mathematics.

 

Mitch Miller - Analyst

Prior to joining Element Property Company, Mr. Miller worked at Crow Holdings, focusing on acquisitions and asset management for two Crow Holdings funds representing approx. $715M of equity and 200+ assets. During his tenure, he was responsible for sourcing new investment opportunities and performing asset management responsibilities for the existing portfolio across Texas and the southwest. Mr. Miller began his career with Jones Lang LaSalle (“JLL”) in the capital markets group as an investment advisory analyst, where he underwrote and closed 28 transactions valued over $400M+.

Mr. Miller graduated from Baylor University and holds his Texas real estate license.
